Welcome Murad.

If I were you, I would build one of your own, based on facts that you can find at www.articulate.com, and your own facts.

The best way to sell anything is to sell it with benefits and advantages that are specific to your requirements.

Are you trying to provide a technical demo, or a presentation about the business benefits of rapid eLearning with Articulate? These are two completely separate, but linked subjects.

Thank you Bruce for your response,

In fact I want to present them demo of technical and business benefits about using Articulate in our department. You absolutely right that I must reflect our own requirements and advantages of using this software. The company already using it as official e-Learning course maker and we want to do our own department courses, survey and any other issues related.

I checked over available demos on Articualte.com and what I am looking for is an example for professional presentation so I can arrange my own ideas and points in logic sequence.

Murad, my experience suggests that you should focus less on features and more on the benefits of adopting Articulate in your organisation (some theory).

Presenting 11 types of questions leads you nowhere. Your boss will say (immediately or after some research) that Software X has the same types of questions and is free / cheaper / comes with LMS etc. Same with any other feature such as "ability to convert PPT into Flash-based learning" and any other feature.

Instead, you should explain how your department (and even your boss personally) can benefit from working with Articulate. How they can turn their powerpoints into learning, sprinkle it with quizzes and deliver online in a secure environment. How they can add narration to slides and not fly to regional branch offices any more. How they can deliver assessment online and not waste time and pencils on grading quizzes. Etc etc etc. Paint a picture, present a case. Nobody wants to hear that Articulate has fill-in-the-blank question type, I'm afraid.

Good luck!
