My learning management system (Travitor) recently went through an upgrade and since that upgrade the courses I build, regardless if in Storyline 2 or Articulate 360, are experiencing the same thing. The learner is presented with their results slide and when they click Continue (seen in attachment) a pop up screen appears behind the results slide and the learner cannot move forward. I am working with Travitor and my IT department for a solution, but thought I would see if anyone here has any ideas.

Just wanted to mention that one way to confirm if this is a Storyline limitation or a Travitor setting is to test the course in another LMS environment. We like to use SCORM Cloud for this kind of testing, as it's industry standard. It might also be helpful to enable LMS Debug Mode to see the communication flowing back and forth between your Storyline course and your LMS.
