I'm interested in embedding a Youtube video into my course. However, the video I want to include is part of a series and the end of the video introduces the next video. I only want to include the one.
Is there any way to specify and end point of the video so that the learner does not watch the whole thing?

Take a look at the optional parameters you can append to your YouTube URL:
https://articulate.com/support/article/how-to-add-a-youtube-video-sl2#parameters
In particular, note the "end" parameter.
