keeping old published articulate files (engage, presenter, or quizmaster) is it a security threat?

Jan 22, 2020

hello

I was trying to keep for historical reason some old articulates files that we have made in the past.

Is that represent a security threat?

I just want to quote a sentence from our IT department

"My primary concerns are the security implications of this seemingly unconstrained environment"

Please, may you explain me or provide me additional information on this issue?

Hi Carlos,

Thanks for contacting us to ask about the concerns of your IT Department.

The project files from Engage, Presenter, and Quizmaker should be stored locally on your machine so I'm unclear on the security implications of these files.

If your team would like to work with one of our support engineers or someone on our security team for specific concerns, please have them contact us here.
