Latest thoughts on iPad dimensions for courses

Hi,

I've been a little inactive for a while, but back now :)

As I have not been following threads much, are there any latest thoughts re the "best" (?) dimensions for iPad-deployed courses, and any other "gotchas" in terms of producing courses (like "...do not use hover") and so on?
