Layout for a Worked Example
Oct 10, 2018
Hi all, I'm putting together a template for science and math teachers to show a worked example problem. I want to make sure that students can easily navigate forward and back in the steps, and that it can be accessible for keyboard navigation and screen reading. I'm attaching a story I made in Storyline 3 with two solutions I came up with (warning: they are not pretty! just looking at function right now). Any thoughts on these or other ways to present a worked example? Thanks!

Hi Elyse,
I had a look at your file and I noticed 2 things:
1. When I move the first slider to the right it works fine, but when I move it back to the left it never goes all the way back to the first step. I would rework that so that learners can go back to the beginning if needed.
2. The second slider isn't working for me at all.
Other than the technical difficulties, I like the idea of using sliders for this. :) Nice job.
Thank you! I updated it. Hopefully will work better now.
