Does your company use measurable KPIs for people and positions of senior leadership? Can you share those KPIs, what is being measured, how did you implement them, lessons learned and success and failures along the way? Did you also implement training along with your KPI introduction? Thanks.
Within my paradigm, I cannot imagine a medium to large organization that does not use performance indicators for Leadership, yet it happens all the time. The corporate world often seems to focus on bottom line performance indicators, perhaps aware, but uncaring, that effective leadership will drive employee performance and financial gains higher.
