LMS Operations Manual in Rise

Hi All! I am setting up our LMS Operations Manual - which outlines things a new LMS Admin would need to know to learn our specific organization standards. Ex: How we set up our certifications for compliance training. I wanted to see if anyone has used Rise to do this and would share the framework and example.

Hi Kelly,

For common LMS functions, we rely on the vendor supplied Administrator manual.

For organization-specific procedures, we have created a collection of individual Standard Operating Procedures for each setup task.

While I really like using Rise, in this case we have about ten PDF's that live in a SharePoint folder.

If someone needs a procedure, I can shoot them a link to the specific task.

If it was a Rise course I could still send a link, but the person would have to navigate to the specific task.
