LMS Training solutions

Hello all, 

I am wondering if anyone has any examples or ideas to share around building employee training for an LMS/CMS? we use Saba Cloud and there are a whole bunch of upgrades taking place so now were starting back at analysis/design and trying to determine the best way to teach our employees about Talent Management, using the LMS, WIIFM and all that surrounds it. 

For reference we have Job postings, skills assessments, learning, some performance management, and hopefully collaboration (discussion boards, rewards, social stuff), all contained in our system.
