Looking for a Powerpoint elearning designer

I have written and storyboarded a course in legal citation that I want to present live in Powerpoint. I'm a writer and editor, and I need a designer to make it look polished and professional. I know typography and design but can't do this myself. There are a few photos, maps, and charts, but it's mostly text, as you might imagine from the topic, so I need someone with the imagination to figure out ways of making the text look less boring. It's a lot of slides with a little text on each, and quizzes after each subject. I don't have a tight schedule. Thanks!
