Hi! I have been watching several of the webinars on Articulate 360. Really like the magnification glass that David Anderson uses, as he's pointing out things on the screen. So, it's *not* the zoom feature in Storyline 360; it's more of a cursor that can be used anywhere.
Any idea where he found that? I've located a magnification glass in Chrome and a few freebies here and there... not quite as good as what David uses. Thanks for any assistance!
No problem. And if you know a software developer, have them look at building some magnifier apps for Windows. I get a few dozen request about that tool each week.
I'm thinking that this app has been discontinued. I searched in the App Store without results and followed your link, David, but when I click to download or access the store, it never connects. I have Catalina, so perhaps they have quit updating the app due to the enhanced security requirements of Catalina. I did send a message to the developer.
If anyone knows of an alternative, it would be great to hear.
I'm using Virtual Magnifying Glass, which is freeware and similar to what David is using on the Mac. This is for Windows and I've assigned a button on my mouse to call it up. A little clunky, but it does work. https://alternativeto.net/software/zoomit/

Hey Kathryn -
I use a Mac utility called Zoom It http://www.zoomitapp.com/zoom-it.html There are a few similar tools for the Mac
Unfortunately, there aren’t any comparable tools for Windows. The closest I've found is the built-in Windows Magnifier https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/11542/windows-use-magnifier-to-make-things-easier-to-see

Thanks so much!

Thanks so much Stephanie! I will give it a try.
