I don't believe there is a direct way to go to another layer in another slide. The only way I can think of doing this is with variables and triggers. If there is one slide that you know will get referenced often, create a variable that can be used on the layer that will display the correct layer when the slide begins.

Example
Variable: SlideLayer
If SlideLayer = A, then show layer One
If SlideLayer = B, then show layer Two
etc.
