Moving graded questions to one page

I would like to move a seventeen question (1 per slide) storyline quiz into a format where the learner can see all of the questions and choose the order in which they want to answer the questions. The questions are currently a mix of pre-made storyline formats such as multiple choice, multiple response, matching, etc. I do need to be able to grade them and later have Moodle track the mark on the quiz. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?  Would it work to list the questions on an index page(s) and then somehow link them to the graded slides and back without the student knowing any different?
