your Result Slide works fine. The score you display is not the score of your actual result slide.
If you go to Edit Result Slide and switch to Options, you can activate show user's score and show passing score. I did this with your silde and the correct variable for your slide ist Results2.ScorePercent or Results2.PassPercent (or Points).
So all you need to do is change your Text to "%Results2.ScorePoints%points out of 12". This should work.
