I am looking for advice on a needs analysis process. We have typically used a training accountability plan, but it is very cumbersome and becomes overwhelming to the business leaders who may not understand learning as well. In addition, we would like to use a new format that would also provide a project timeline/plan once a needs analysis has taken place, with dates and action items. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
