I am producing an online training programme and I will shortly begin filming. I normally produce programmes for the UK market and shoot in PAL format. However, this particular programme will be accessed in Europe and the U.S. and I was wondering if it would be better to shoot in NTSC for this particular programme. Also would the fact the video is embedded in Storyline make any difference?

IF it is going in a storyline or Rise course I don't think it matters
