you can have multiple slide masters so it makes it easy to apply layouts to specific slides if you need to...check out the tutorial Trina has linked to and shout out if you have any other questions.

I'm looking at the tutorial, but am struggling to understand how to apply changes retrospectively ( I need to add some text to all the slides )

Do you know if there is a video tutorial available, that may make it easier for me to understand how to apply changes ?

I've managed to insert text in to the slide master. Now I want to globally amend the font for all slides and change the colour theme, I assume I amend in the font and colour tab for the master slide and then apply to all using layout , is that correct ?

I've inserted a slide master to my project and have noticed I have inadvertently changed the background and colour of some fonts/objects

Do I just delete that slide master to get back to my previous version ?

if I do that, where am I deleting, is it in the slide master screen?
