Phone Interview Audio

We interview experts over the phone and use the audio in our courses. I know the audio will never be perfect and I do use a landline for the best quality possible - but knowing that the experts have limited technical skill patience and time 
, does anyone have a suggestion for a recording solution for the best quality audio? We're just about to record another round and I thought I'd there! Thanks!

Hi Anna,
In the past, I have used WebEx and GoToMeeting's recording options with pretty good success. I would suggest that you get your experts a headset microphone.
Thanks so much, Charles. I've used Go To Meeting and WebEx but I had not thought about sending them the mics - great idea!
