There are lots of options available to you for sharing your course with a SME.
If you and your SME both have access to a shared drive at your company, you can post the published output files to a folder on that shared network and share the link with your SME.
A second option is to use Dropbox. It's free to sign up and easy to use, you just put a file in your Dropbox folder and you can easily share the link with an email address, which gives them access to the file.
If your organization has Microsoft Sharepoint, I've also seen quite a few discussions here in the forum of people using that tool to share files (Sharepoint? Posting video to share with team).
I've just realised that my previous post has been removed. So I just want to apologise to the community in case that post has been inconvenience in any way, and also ask moderator the reason of the removal in order to avoid further mistakes in the future.

Hi Dina -
I hear great things about this system: http://www.reviewmyelearning.com/
It's not free but could save you enough headaches to balance out the value.
