Is there any way to convert PPT into SCORM for free? I have been using iSpring Pro trial, but unfortunately they have watermarks. Since, I need it for only two presentations, there's no point in buying it.
Try the trial version of Articulate Studio Ashi. Not all PowerPoint features will work but it might be good to try as Studio is largely embedded into PowerPoint.
Otherwise I'd say you need to look for a generic SCORM packager but I have never tried that and got no clue how that affects your PowerPoint course
What exactly do you need your "course" to do in its SCORM environment? Does it only need to launch/play or do you need any tracking? If the former, then I know some developers that might be able to help by creating a SCORM wrapper.

Why not bring it into Studio 13 or Storyline using a Free Trial, and then publish to SCORM?
That should work.
I have SL. But, State Transitions and Animations won't work then.
