Besides being hired as an Instructional Designer, my boss would also like me to investigate which companies can provided prebuilt courses that deal with human resources, leadership and management, and employee development (succession planning, evaluations, ect). Hi Hugh! Have you checked out RapidCourse? Here's some more info . A cool thing about their service is that the courses are all built in Articulate products, so if you already use Articulate software it is super-easy to customize the content.
Hugh, we've been using courses from Development Dimensions International (DDI) for years for several of our instructor-led courses. In 2012, we will begin using some of their online courses. Their material is high quality and supports our company's culture. Their website is http://www.ddiworld.com.
