Printing ALL screens from an e-learning course

Hi all,
Maybe this is a stab in the dark, but I have been producing a series of e-learning courses for this company
and we have got some feedback from some of the users and one comment was:-
"Is it possible to print out ALL the slides as a reference?"
OK, I can understand that this would be a useful function, for example have a custom build button called
"PRINT ALL SLIDES" that would enable a user to do this with one click.
I was thinking of solving the problem to an extent of having the powerpoint file as an attachment in the resources section on the e-learning module so that the user can download this and print it out - BUT
then I realised that there were several Articulate interactions made up of a menu with a number of tabs that you click on to access a large number of pages with images and interactive flash animations etc and I don't think that these will print out like a conventional Powerpoint or Word document.
The reason why i am asking this is because we have a very large number of e-learning courses on our LMS which is set to get bigger and bigger and because of time constraints, I don't think that it is going to be very practical to convert these into printable files in Word etc.
Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi Keith,
Perhaps it might work to publish each course to Word. What this does is create a Word document that includes a screen capture of each slide. You have the option of including the slide layers and/or the notes, and you select whether to include medium or large screen shots (see image below). This Word document is editable, so you can tweak it if you need to. You can make this file available to your learners through the Resource tab. You could convert it to a pdf too if that would be a better format.

Agreed, plus one more thing: convert it to Adobe PDF. Much easier to download and print for your average learner, especially when they don't have Word on their computer!
