After long discussions with my IS, the screenr site is not forbidden anymore!
But when I try to launch a video, I click on play and nothing happens. The screen remains black and the cursor doesn't move. I can click on the play/pause button, but it doesn't change anything.
I work on a PC - Windows 7 - Flash player 11.9 - IE8
I have installed Firefox 26.0, but the problem remains.

Have you tried checking your Java version? It might be a good idea to make sure that's up-to-date:
Verify your Java Version
