Problem when publish in storyline

 I'm a fresh here and I encountered a problem when I publish to WEB in storyline. As the normal steps, I would press the publish button just like the follow picture,  but after a few minites, there is no sucess message which return to the Initial view as the picture bellow.   

what's the problem and how can I solve this ?

Hi Lily and welcome to the Heroes Community.

This does not look or sound right.

Have you tried a repair or re-install of the software?

If that does not solve things I would log a Support call with Articulate directly, as there may be something more they can suggest.

  • Check you are not publishing to a network drive or USB stick.
  • Check you do not have any special characters in the filename
  • Check your path length is less than 256 characters
  • Finally if you are on a Mac often the drive you are publishing to gets treated as a Network drive in that case publish directly to a folder on the C: drive
