Problems with installation

Hi, good afternoon
We get the system usable in Articulate and version of Office PowerPoint 2007 on another machine. We are trying to install the program on the machine that uses the 2010 version of powerpoint windows 7 64 bit. I have already installed and reinstalled thearticulate but it does not work.
What should I do? Can anyone help me?
