I am running into a mental roadblock and just looking for some fresh ideas. We are looking for a way to create an online course(s) to increase our team members product knowledge on various bank account types and features that go along with them. Ultimately, we would use this as a certificate that we would award after completion.
So, in short just looking for a way to make it a more engaging process and increase knowledge retention. So far, I have a few role play scenarios but seeing what else could be done. Thanks for any insight!
