We're looking for some efficient ways of documenting Product training (ERP). In a nutshell, we already have courses on the how the core product works. There is a web based version of the product on its way which would bring certain UI/ transaction changes for the end user.
Would appreciate any ideas on how to consolidate these changes without reinventing the wheel.
More so from a learner perspective would it be intuitive to perhaps add a page to the existing courses only highlighting the differences in the web version?
Any ideas/suggestions or things we should be mindful of would be greatly appreciated.
If the changes are minimal, I think that you're right, it may be enough to simply present the differences on a slide or two and then go back to focusing on the desktop version. I'm curious to see whether other community members have run into this issue and how they handled it.
