publish problem

I use storyline2 for create my course and edit videos which I download them from Youtube inside storyline2 itself , but when I try to publish my course the videos appear with static background and the video in middle of background

Do you mean that you try to enlarge the videos so they fill up the whole slide, but then when you publish they revert to the original size? If so, could you please share your file so I can see what's going on? If not, could you try and explain to me again in other words what's going wrong? Thanks!

hi , the problem happen when I try to publish my course in web mode (html file) , so when I edit video and increase its size in publish mode appear in different size with static background I don't know from where come...

I just tested your file on my computer and I'm seeing the video take up the full screen in both preview and when published. I think the best thing to do would be to contact our support team. I'm sure they'll be able to help you get to the bottom of this issue!

do you think the browser version and storyline 2 version related to and caused  that ?????

I'm not sure. What browser are you using? I am using Chrome.
