I inserted a swf non interactive video in to storyline through my videos.
After I inserted it I clicked the green preview button and the video played at a readable size that was great. Unfortunately when I published the scene and I previewed it the video did not show as the same size as the pre publish preview.
Please could you advise how I can ensure the published video is showed at a readable size.

You'll definitely want to review our Flash movie best practices. In addition, it may be helpful to fiddle with your Story Size and and your Browser Settings/Player Size.
