Publish Screen Recording Captions to Word using Terminal Services

Hi Everyone I hope that you can help me!

We use Terminal Servers in order to access our systems and I need to record a simulation for a system we use. When storyline creates the captions it doesn't recognise the screen elements that I am clicking on and it created captions which say 'Click Input Capture Window'

I have gone through and edited the text in each caption bubble it is generating so that it displays what I need it to on every slide.

I now need to publish the whole storyline file to MS Word (so it becomes a training guide) but unfortunately it doesn't export the text that I have written in the caption bubbles into Word.

Can anyone advise what I can do to the text from the Storyline captions into Word other than having to type or copy/paste them?
