Quizmaker 13

Is there a way to see bracnhing in Quizmaker to make changes where the student will branch to when they fail? I have tried to direct them to a slide when they fail using the On Failing ,Finish button go to slide Bah Bah, when I Preview or Publish it will only tell them they must pass the Quiz to content and then it just loops in the same slides. I am using this quiz a my final assessment and if they fail I want them to take portion of the course over and retest second failure will take them back to the beginning of the course to take complete course over. Someone Help can't figure this one out did not have this problem with 09
