Hi there Yasmin. I took a quick look at your project file and I was able to get the cross and tick marks to appear correctly on rectangle 8 just by adjusting the trigger order so that the "submit interaction" trigger is on the bottom.
One general tip: it's a good idea to rename your layers to something that's a little easier to parse. Having everything labeled as "untitled layer x" (especially when you have so many layers!) makes it a little tricky to troubleshoot when something's not working properly.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you need more assistance.
Yep. I noticed that behavior as well. I didn't do a deep dive into it since I was focused on the issue you reported with Q8, but I did note that you have two nearly identical slide triggers for variable Q5 showing two different layers when its value equals 2.00. That could certainly be contributing to the problem.
I would suggest going in and renaming all of your layers and objects so it's a bit easier to sort out what's going on and if you can't narrow in on the cause, post your updated file here and we can continue troubleshooting it together.
Hey Yasmin. Looks to me like you've got a "Show Layer" trigger assigned to Rectangle 8. Clicking that rectangle triggers the cross layer 200M to appear even though the learner hasn't seen the question yet. Is that the behavior you intended?
I also noted that when I answer the question linked to rectangle 3 correctly, it triggers the tick layer for rectangle 9.

Hi Trina

Hi Trina
So i fixed the above problems and now there is another one - again with rectangle 8 question 1.4
I can seem to add the layer 200M and adjust the variables so that the scores reflect correctly
Can you help?
I have renamed my layers - updated file attached
Thanks in advance

Hi Trina
Thanks again - can you please show me screengrabs of what you are seeing?
