I have a course with several activities in it and they all seem to work just fine. However, there seems to be a random screen here and there that simply do not show the text or images. Everything else is there (buttons and borders...) and navigation is fine. It isn't common to any one slide or user or machine. Random. I think it might be a connectivity issue. I tried closing Moodle and relaunching the activity, but the problem still exists. There can't be anything wrong with the Articulate file if it works fine for other users, right?
Did you publish the file locally or from a network drive? I've experienced a similar issue when publishing my file from a network drive (which isnt recommended)....
I published it from my computer, so locally. These occurrences are not common, but they do happen and make the course incomplete. It even happens on a few quiz slides and renders them unable to be completed. But again, if it was an issue with the SCORM packages, it would be common to all other instances.

When we come across a problem, relaunching the Moodle site does not correct it.
