Request for Proposal - searchable PDF manual

Good morning. We are a small, but growing, real estate company.  We have an old-fashioned manual (approx. 100 pages of 12 pt text)  that I have written in Word and that I print out and put in binders.  I have been using Articulate to take much of the manual and create on-line courses - successfully - which is a tribute to how easy Articulate is to use for novices.  The agents love the interactivity, etc. 

HOWEVER, while the courses are great, the manual still has all the nitty-gritty and detailed information, so I still end up having to print them.  What I would like is to create an on-line, searchable PDF, preferably created using PPT and Adobe Acrobat (since I already have those tools). 

Unfortunately, I just don't have the time or skills.  What I am looking for is someone who would be willing to get the "Meat" of the project done for me and then teach me (via phone or go-to-meeting) how to maintain and add to it.  

I didn't know if anyone here would be interested in some free-lance work like this...if you are, please let me know and let me know the rate you have in mind.  I would prefer "by project" instead of "by the hour."   If you have any other ideas where to find help for something like this, please share.  Thanks!  andrea@readyrealestate.com
