Resources and examples of E-Learning courses or in-person courses

Mar 12, 2014

Hi!

Part of my work in planning a large-scale one day event involves training volunteers for the event. The training sessions are mostly in-person and range about 1 to 3 hours, depending on the level of responsibility of the volunteer position. I'm currently using Articulate for a supplementary  training session for those with computer access.

I'd like to use more online resources, or combine Articulate-type interactive presentations with in-person training. Partly because the presenters who lead the presentations are temporary staff and don't necessarily have enough time to develop a style of presenting, and there have been instances where some content was forgotten/skipped over.

I'm mainly asking if anyone knows of resource and examples of entire trainings or elearning content that I may view for ideas and inspiration. Any suggestions are super welcome! Thanks!

Hi Lena! There are a number of courses with really great designs that you could get some ideas and inspiration. You can find a good collection of Studio courses here and Storyline courses here. Either set can give you ideas etc regardless of which tool was used to build them.

If you haven't already checked them out, there are also a lot of great resources to help build courses in the Downloads area too.
