Hello e-learning heroes-
My team is looking to confirm some metrics around typical course development times. We have experienced different times for courses similar in content and duration and would like to benchmark with the community.
The resource I've seen most is from ASTD: Time to develop one hour of training: http://www.astd.org/Publications/Newsletters/Learning-Circuits/Learning-Circuits-Archives/2009/08/Time-to-Develop-One-Hour-of-Training
The estimator provided in this post is also useful: http://community.articulate.com/forums/t/3063.aspx
What are some typical times we should expect for developing in Articulate?

Hello Tom,
Bryan Chapman put together a presentation that I find closely models our course times: http://www.slideshare.net/bchapman_utah/how-long-does-it-take-to-create-learning My department does not track training costs so I can't comment on those figures.
May I ask if you have a production process in place that your team follows?
