I posted this at the end of a similar question from a couple of years ago, but not sure if it posted correctly so am posting again.
The results slide either shows a score of zero, or it will give a failure score which is never the same. I've tried deleting the slide and just downloading another one, but get the same result. This has started happening since I downloaded the upgrade to Storyline 3.
Your results slide was trying to calculate values for all of the questions that you had sprinkled throughout the module as well as your final draw of questions. I unchecked the boxes for the questions and only kept the one for the quiz draw and it seemed to work fine.
