I need to create a contract for a clients who hire me to develop eLearning courses. Can anyone direct me to some samples of existing contracts upon which I can base mine? - Or, perhaps provide some inisights regarding what to include in the contract.... Thanks!
It's more for folks who develop courses for internal customers (rather than external clients), so you'd probably want to add a section on the financial aspects of the project, such as when payment should be given, how much, etc. Incidentally, there are also some additional helpful documents that you might like to check out in the Project Management & Planning section of the Downloads.
