I am currently an Instructional Designer at Shoptech in CT and I look forward to learning from all of you.
I am so interested in having a known presence on this site but since I am just starting out, I am not quite sure how to go about it. I would love to become a Super Hero also.

If you want to build your presence in the community I suggest participating in the weekly challenges. It works like this: every week, my coworker David Anderson challenges community members to build something and share it with the community. Community members can then give you feedback on what you've shared, which allows you to hone your skills and build your portfolio.
