Sending data from SCORM files/LMS to course creator

Hi there,

We're developing e-learning courses with Articulate/SCORM to provide to external client LMS systems. We want to collect data on learner activity such as completion, embedded quiz scores, answers to free response questions and analyze that data across learner demographics. 

I've heard that LMS systems can be set up to automatically send course reports with at least some of this data, but it would require the client LMS admin to set up those parameters/automation.

Is there a way to embed code into the SCORM file to automatically return the data to the course creator, even if it's housed in a client's LMS system?

If so, would anyone be willing to take on a pilot project to develop initial course creation?
