Hi Everyone! First time poster and I'm excited to finally be a part of your community (long time user of other authoring software).
I'm trying to make a module that shows something like a house, then it sequentially zooms out to a block (with the house within it), then a state, then a country, etc. Does anyone have any ideas for how this can be accomplished as seamlessly as possible?
If you're looking for a seamless transition, I might recommend looking at creating a video to accomplish such a thing. Depending upon your use case (fair use?), you could record a manual zoom out of Google maps:
And then insert the .mp4 into your Storyline project.
Thanks for the idea, Mike. I can't use Google maps because it doesn't have the data I need. I might be able to create multiple videos though (with each one zooming a bit) to accomplish the objective. I'll let you know if it ends up working out. I appreciate it!
