So I have this template I downloaded, don't remember from where, but anyway I replaced the image on the master slide, but when I preview it, it shows a gray shade box. I don't see where I can remove it. Can someone look at this slide I have uploaded and figure it out?
I assume you are referring to the image of the nurse at the nurse's station talking on the phone? The color for that picture object is set to medium gray, and the color is set to overlay. The fill color turns the image into a gray solid, and the blend blends the image back in. The result is the grayed out image that you see.
I changed the blend mode to normal, and now the image displays normally.
