We have loaded a storyline course into LearnDash LMS using Uncanny Owl. Some people are having the course fail (not load in the browser correctly) in chrome, while for others it works correctly. Similarly in firefox, it doesn't work for some but for others it works.
Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening?
Are you publishing to HTML, falling back to Flash, or Flash falling back to HTML? Or HTML only?
I ran into a similar problem with a client using Storyline and LearnDash. It turns out the problem had nothing to do with LearnDash. Chome has changed how they handle Flash content, so if you publish with Flash as the default, it never falls back to HTML5. Republishing everything with HTML5 as the default (only falling back to Flash for older browsers) fixed the problem.
If that's not it, let's see if we can narrow it down.
When you say it doesn't load correctly, what does that look like? Is there an error message? Does the frame load but spin endlessly without loading content?
Are you publishing as xAPI and using an LRS like Grassblade with LearnDash, or are you publishing for the web and putting content into an iframe?
Nevermind this posting. Uncanny OWL did a plugin update where all content was protected and it was causing the issue. They subsequently reissued a plugin update to resolve the problem.
