Studio '13 and Storyline 2 Jul 23, 2015 By Gilbert Luna Do I need to purchase both Studio '13 and Storyline 2 to create elearning courses? Or can I just purchase SL2 and use current PPT projects? Any suggestions.

If you just have PowerPoint decks created, then yes, you can just purchase Storyline 2 and import them into it.
