Subtitle tools for videos Oct 06, 2022 By Viki Ross Hi - does anyone know a tool we can use for free to create subtitles for videos? We are creating animated videos, but our subtitling tool was currently decommissioned. I am looking for a free solution I can quickly tap into. Thank you for any tips.
