To Tom Kuhlman: Webinars cant submit question

Tom and Andrew, I have been attending the Storyline 360 and Rise Webinars using a Chrome browser. I can't figure out how to submit in the Webinar player Question pane. I have tried my keyboard Enter key, my keyboard spacebar. When I start to type, the text pane jumps from the lower part of my window to that right top. See my attached image. Any ideas?

Hello Jenny,

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're running into. Here's a video of how the process should work. 

When you type the question you should have a send button on the bottom. That needs to be pressed. Enter doesn't send.

The fact that the question pod is jumping up on you suggests that there's an issue with how the browser is handling the gotowebinar room. There's not much we can do at this end. Here are some ideas on how to resolve the issue.

  • The first step is probably to close the browser and reload the room. That should resolve the issue.
  • Some browser extensions can interfere with the way the browser renders the site. You could disable any extensions and see if that helps.
  • If you can't get it resolved, there's a support link to LogMeIn (the information icon) and they can help you. Here's a direct link to their support site.
