I was wondering about the tracking alternatives at Articulate Rise
I need to publish a course in order to insert into a LSM but I do not understand the difference between the tracking, the first alternative and the percentages
Question 1: If I put 10%, the system will track as completed a student who navegate only the 10% of the whole course?
Question 2: If student opens the course from Internet Explorer, he will be not tracked? Only tracking from Chrome?

Question 1: Yes, that is correct.
Question 2: If you host your course on a server and not an LMS, then no, there will be no tracking available.

You should choose the Web option, not the LMS option in that case. That it correct, there is no tracking if you don't put it on and LMS. Here's an article about how to track completion without an LMS.
