My company is in need of some quality customer service and sales training. I really don't have much insight into external providers for such...therefore I was hoping maybe some of you would have experience/opinions regarding training providers for these subjects. I would really appreciate any suggestions or feedback. Thank you very much.

If you are looking for in class training or off-the-shelf training, I would probably google the topic and I'm sure people here can give you some ideas about the company names that you come back with as well as the content. So yes, to directly answer you Dawn...we are looking for previously designed training in this instance and not needing custom-built.
