Ultimate tip for creating and filling out a digital progress card by multiple people?

Jan 26, 2018

Hi everyone,

I need some tips to the following: I want to create like a digital progress card for (driving) lessons given at our school. Since the lessons could be given by different instructors, the form needs to be editable by different persons.  I'm thinking it should probably be a form, per student, which also has to be connected to his LMS-account so he can also watch his progress anytime.

I'm using Articulate 360.

Who has the best tip? Thanks in advance!

Hi Allison, thank you for reacting. In first instance the instructors are going to fill in the form(fields). And the information includes - besides name, address etc - the results of a student each time he/she has a driving lesson. Think of using check marks and/or scores from 0-10 or 20 on certain driving behavior (e.g. how well does the student look in the car mirrors, how well is his social traffic behavior, how well does he use the breaks, how about the taking of turns, that sort of things)

The students can see their scores, but can't change the information)

I am not sure there is an Articulate solution to this because you will need an instructor to complete a form/course/??? to show read only data on the learners side of the LMS. Your LMS may have a solution. When I used Moodle we had a competency assessment that the user could complete initially and then the assessor could assess their performance. It would be great to do inside Articulates tools i just cannot see how.
