I have created 7 courses now for a client using Storyline 2 and all have uploaded to their LMS fine. However my latest one just stays in Upload mode when they upload the ZIP file.
I have used the SCORM cloud and it works fine. It must be the course as I sent another one at the same time and that worked fine.
How can I find out what the problem is and try and fix it?
Hi there! I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you're encountering here. If your project is working fine in SCORM Cloud, we'd recommend troubleshooting with the LMS support to see what their restrictions or limitations might be. For example, is there a file size limitation?
